This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I took a look at your gallery - here are some things I thought might help: first, try taking more pictures that look less like snapshots. Try to find something around you (it could be something normal) and take a picture of it, but try to make it as unique as possible. It may mean doing it from a different perspective or angle or at a different time of the day But in any case, remember: good photography isn't about a good subject, it's about how the subject is presented.
Also, when using flash, try to take the pictures from a position in which the picture wouldn't look overexposed. It may mean moving back a little bit, reflecting flash off of a mirror, diffusing it with a piece of paper, or even not using it at all.
If you really want some inspiration, I suggest checking out all the awesome galleries on this site...there are quite a few good ones around here who don't necessarily have a good camera, but a good eye for what makes a terrific picture Hope this helps!
"Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." (Proverbs 3:5-6)
